My $499 flat rate covers the springs, the nylon roller upgrade, and the labor. If I see something else that is dangerous or broken (frayed cables, cracked hinges, damaged torsion tube, ripped weather seals, etc.), I will show it to you and give you a price before I do any extra work. You got a 5-Year Warrant on Parts & Labor. If that spring snaps or loses tension within 5 years, I come back and fix it for free. The springs that come with your door only last 3-5 years; mine are rated for 3x longer life.

However, we must fix the broken spring first. The spring lifts the door, not the opener. If you try to lift a door with a broken spring using an opener, you will break the opener's motor, guaranteed.
